Eid - The hunger comes to an End

Well on the 23rd of October the day finally came when the 'casual Muslims' returned to their normal life including their bad habits. It was Eid (day Muslims celebrate the end of fasting)
We started the day quite early and reached the mosque quite early in order to be on time for the prayers, because after this moment, the Party really starts!
The mosque however turned out to be quite full, you could consider yourself pretty lucky if you were able to pray. The streets filled up with all these Muslim men, which looked like some rally, just put up an Imam in the middle and the western media would consider this a rally to plan an attack on the Dutch society :D just imagine, me being part of an Terrorist Group, how silly ;)
Well then the good part comes, as you might already know, Muslim occasions are all about food. Everything else is just an extra. so as you can predict on this day, there was huge amount of food. Good food, no jacked potatoes or any sort of crap in the same range.
It was quite odd to be able to eat at anytime you would wish, Eating during the day almost felt like a sin. A sin you could enjoy :D and hell yea I enjoyed it ;P
The day was closed with a gathering of Pakistani families. Which was fun and nice.
Very delightful indeed..
